Frank, Jamie and I (Steve) were just talking about you and decided to send you this email. Jamie bought a VW Passat from you about a year ago (May 09). We had a couple small problems with it (nothing major) and you took care of us immediately (with the help of Rick your technician, we love him). We have recommended Shore Drive Auto World and Robinson's Auto Sales to many people since we've bought our vehicle and hope they purchased vehicles from you as well! Since we haven't spoken to you since you helped us, we thought it would be nice for you to hear a compliment.
